Deliverables
Photos
- The ceremony shoot runs from 90 minutes before the ceremony until the formal group photos are complete.
- Original photos will be delivered within 5 days of the shoot date.
- Film originals will be delivered within 30 days of the shoot date.
- At least 30 originals per film roll are provided.
- First-round edited photos will be delivered within 2 months of the client's selection date.
- Second-round edited photos will be delivered within 14 days of the feedback date.
- The selection originals are resized files for smooth Google Drive delivery, with RAW-to-JPG conversion completed.
- Rush retouching requests incur an additional ₩100,000. Deliverables will be provided within 7 days of the selection completion date.
Video
- The edited video will be delivered within 3 months of the shoot date.
- Comprehensive post-production is applied around the key moments of the ceremony: cut editing, color grading, music editing, effects, and more.
- Background music is selected by the artist from your pre-chosen tracks, choosing the one that best suits the mood and scenes of the video.
- If the mood of the chosen music and the video differ significantly, it may be replaced with a track recommended by the video artist after consulting with you.
- Rush editing requests incur an additional ₩100,000. Deliverables will be provided within 10 days of the shoot completion date.
Delivery
Photos
- 90 days after the final edited photos are delivered, the files uploaded to Google Drive are deleted without prior notice.
- RAW files cannot be provided.
- For retouching-related details, please refer to the [Post-Production] section below.
Video
- 90 days after the final edited video is delivered, the files uploaded to Google Drive are deleted without prior notice.
- The standard video format is 4K 30fps H.264.
- If you need a different video format, please let us know in advance before the shoot.
Post-Production
Photos
- We pursue retouching that respects the natural moments of the ceremony and the true appearance of each person.
- We naturally retouch necessary areas such as skin, face, body line, background, and horizon, within a range that does not harm the mood of the photo.
- One re-edit is possible within 10 days of the first edited version being delivered.
The following items are difficult to retouch or are not performed.
- Increasing only one person's height
- Changing a hairstyle
- Removing braces
- Removing eyeglass lens reflections or eyeglass shadows
- Significantly changing the shape of clothing or suits that were folded on site
- Extremely fine, pixel-level corrections
- Changing the sky
- Changing a person's size
Video
- The scene composition and editing order of the ceremony video follow the situation at the time of the shoot and the artist's judgment and style.
- Unlike photos, the client does not select from the full footage; the artist selects the appropriate scenes to complete the video.
- Requests to replace unwanted cuts due to expression, angle, etc. are possible for up to 3 clips.
- Other requests to change the editing composition or effects are not possible. Replacement clips are chosen by the artist with the flow of the footage in mind.
- One revision request is possible.
- Post-production such as person/skin retouching is not performed.
- Music changes during or after the editing process are not possible.
The Ceremony Shoot
- The ceremony shoot runs from 90 minutes before the ceremony until the formal group photos are complete.
- The shoot is conducted by 1 photographer and 1 videographer.
- Due to the nature of a ceremony, the mood and composition of the results may vary depending on how the ceremony proceeds, the movement of guests, lighting, the venue's structure, and so on.
- Due to unexpected situations or momentary movements during the ceremony, certain scenes may not be captured.
- Formal group photos follow the order and flow set by the venue; the shooting team cannot arbitrarily pause or change the ceremony.
- Shooting restrictions inside the venue, lighting, and structures may create constraints on the shoot.
- Differences in results caused by shooting restrictions imposed by the venue or an external vendor cannot be considered the shooting team's responsibility.
Vintage Lens Shooting
- Peer shoots using vintage lenses from the era of film photography.
- Due to the nature of vintage lenses, not every image will be as sharp as with modern lenses; some images may show focus blur, light bloom, edge softness, or a soft texture.
- These characteristics are the aesthetic signature of vintage lenses and are part of Peer's shooting style, intended to create a mood and feel similar to film.
- We recommend confirming that you are comfortable with this style before booking.
Handheld Video Shooting
- Peer's video is shot handheld to capture a vintage mood and a natural sense of the moment.
- As a result, the video may show shake or movement. This is not an error in the shooting process but one of Peer's intended shooting methods. We recommend confirming that you are comfortable with this style before booking.
Film Photography
- Film is shot alongside digital, and depending on the situation, not every moment is captured on film.
- Due to the nature of film, results cannot be checked on site, and some images may be excluded from the results due to exposure, focus, shake, and other factors during developing and scanning.
- The color, grain, and exposure variation unique to film are characteristics of film photography and are difficult to retouch or reshoot.
- Film originals are provided as JPG files after developing and scanning are complete.
Booking & Payment
- The deposit is 50% of the shoot package price.
- The balance is paid on the evening of the shoot day.
- Peer is a team made up of dedicated photo and video artists, and payment is received separately for photo and video.
- Once the deposit is paid and the booking is confirmed, the cancellation and refund policy below applies.
SNS Upload
- If you consent to SNS upload, the photos and video may be used for Peer's marketing purposes, such as Instagram feed, Reels, Stories, and YouTube.
- The selection and timing of uploaded results are decided at the shooting team's discretion.
Cancellation & Refund
- For schedule changes due to personal circumstances, we will help coordinate one change up to 30 days before the shoot.
- When changing the schedule, it can be coordinated to a date within 3 months of the original shoot date.
- If no available date exists, the existing booking is handled according to the cancellation policy.
Refund Policy for Cancellations
- Cancellation within 48 hours of booking: full deposit refund
- Cancellation 100+ days before the shoot date: 60% deposit refund
- Cancellation 60–99 days before the shoot date: 30% deposit refund
- Cancellation 31–59 days before the shoot date: 10% deposit refund
- Cancellation within 30 days of the shoot date, up to the shoot day: no deposit refund
Force Majeure
- If a situation arises that objectively makes the shoot difficult, a full refund or schedule change is possible after supporting documents are verified.
- When changing the schedule, it is coordinated to a date within 3 months of the original shoot date.
- The cancellation and refund policy above also applies when a shoot is canceled for reasons not attributable to the shooting team, such as venue circumstances or a change to the ceremony schedule.
About Shoot Data
- If digital originals are lost due to a mistake judged to be the artist's fault, the shoot amount paid by the client is refunded.
- If part of the shoot data is lost, the scope of the loss and the degree of damage are assessed, and the scope of compensation is decided through mutual agreement.
- Compensation for damages beyond the shoot amount is coordinated through mutual agreement according to the degree of damage, with total compensation capped at twice the shoot amount.
- Here, "shoot amount" refers only to the cost of Peer's shooting package, and does not include the cost of the dress, hair and makeup, venue, or other external vendors.
