Deliverables

Photos

Original photos will be delivered within 5 days of the shoot date.
Film originals will be delivered within 60 days of the shoot date.
First-round edited photos will be delivered within 2 months of the client's selection date.
Second-round edited photos will be delivered within 10 days of the feedback date.
The selection originals are resized files for smooth Google Drive delivery, with F-cuts removed, first-round color correction applied, and RAW-to-JPG conversion completed.
Rush retouching requests incur an additional ₩100,000. Deliverables will be provided within 7 days of the selection completion date.

Video

Edited video will be delivered within 3 months of the shoot date.
The video includes comprehensive post-production: cut editing, color grading, music editing, and effects.
You may choose one of two styles in advance: Record or Cinematic.
For the Cinematic style, the video is centered around an interview with the couple.
Background music is selected by the artist from your pre-chosen tracks. If the mood of the video and the song don't match, a replacement may be suggested after consulting with you.
Rush editing requests incur an additional ₩100,000. Deliverables will be provided within 10 days of the shoot completion date.

Photos

Files uploaded to Google Drive will be deleted without prior notice 90 days after the final edited photos are delivered.
RAW files are not available for delivery.

Video

Files uploaded to Google Drive will be deleted without prior notice 90 days after the final edited video is delivered.
The default video spec is 4K 30fps H.264. Please let us know in advance if you require a different spec.

Photos

We pursue natural retouching that respects your authentic appearance and the atmosphere of the moment. We retouch backgrounds, body lines, faces, and horizons as naturally as possible where needed. One round of revision is available within 10 days of receiving the first-round edits.
The following items are difficult or not available for retouching:
- Height extension for only one person
- Hairstyle alterations
- Braces removal
- Glasses lens reflections and shadow removal
- Clothing wrinkle correction from on-site adjustments
- Extremely fine pixel-level corrections
- Sky replacement

Video

Scene composition and editing order are at the artist's discretion and style. Photo selection methods do not apply — the artist curates appropriate cuts to complete the final piece.
Replacement of unwanted cuts due to expressions or angles is limited to 3, and requests to change editing composition or effects outside of this are not accepted. (Replacement clips are decided at the artist's discretion.)
Revision requests are limited to one round within 10 days of the first-round edit delivery. Corrections to skin tone or appearance are not available.
Music changes during or after the editing process are not possible.

Jeju's weather is highly variable and can change multiple times a day. Shooting will proceed as planned in cloudy or rainy conditions. Heavy rain exceeding 7mm/hr may result in the shoot being paused.
As the mood of your photos may vary depending on weather, we recommend booking if you can approach the shoot with flexibility.
Only the accompanying helper is permitted on set; friends and family members are not allowed.
Peer's photography uses vintage lenses from the film era. Due to the nature of vintage lenses, not every shot will be as sharp as modern lenses, and some images may have soft focus or gentle textures. This is an aesthetic characteristic of vintage lenses and is part of Peer's shooting style to create a film-like feel and atmosphere.

If you have a specific location in mind, we can coordinate based on the travel route.
Shooting locations are decided by the artist after a personal scouting visit. Jeju's nature changes frequently — bloom times and location conditions shift regularly — so it is difficult to confirm locations at the time of booking. To minimize variables, we conduct a pre-shoot scout and will inform you of the locations the evening before, taking weather and routes into account. Locations may still change on the day based on conditions.
All travel during the shoot is in separate vehicles; the artist also travels in their own car.
We recommend renting an SUV for outfit changes. Please note that electric vehicles may cause delays due to battery drainage.
If entry fees or on-site payments are required, these costs will be borne by the client.

The deposit is 50% of the 'shooting package price.'
For packages A · B · C · D, the deposit is 50% of the shooting package price.
The remaining balance is to be paid on the evening of the shoot day.
Peer is a team of dedicated artists for photo and video respectively. Payment is collected separately for photo and video.

If you consent to SNS uploads, your photos or videos may be used for marketing on Instagram (feed, reels, stories), YouTube, and similar platforms.

Schedule changes due to personal reasons can be accommodated once, up to 30 days before the shoot. After that, the shoot will proceed as originally scheduled.
- Cancellation within 48 hours of booking: Full deposit refund
- Cancellation 100+ days before the shoot: 60% deposit refund
- Cancellation 60–99 days before the shoot: 30% deposit refund
- Cancellation 31–59 days before the shoot: 10% deposit refund
- Cancellation within 30 days ~ day of shoot: No refund
In cases of severe weather or flight cancellations, a full refund or schedule change is available upon verification of supporting documents. (Rescheduling within 3 months of the original shoot date.)
If digital originals are lost due to an error attributable to the artist, the shooting fee paid by the client will be refunded. Compensation beyond the shooting fee will be coordinated through mutual agreement based on the extent of the damage, with a maximum total compensation of twice the shooting fee. (The shooting fee refers only to the cost of our shooting packages and does not include third-party vendor costs.)
